LED home lighting – The electroluminescence technology was discovered in the early 1900′s and it was the beginning century of illuminating our world. It was a big success project of some scientist at the Marconi Labs. Today we use this discovery to bright our home, office and other places even combine with some lighting fixtures. The simple use of this electroluminescence is in our television remote control.
This invention was being the start point of the Light Emitting Diode which is well known as the LED Lighting. The bounds and the leaps of this LED lighting happened when the LED home lighting applications is widely used by people. It makes LED home lighting very popular in the world.
The use of amazing LED home lighting has some important reasons. One of the big legitimate reasons is to offset the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Scientist has proven that the sunlight can increase mood, boosts energy and encourage quality sleep when we stay exposure to the light. Besides they also use LED home lighting to pursue away the blues and generally give a boost to their time. It was reported that LED light could replicate the white color of sunshine. It makes the popularity of LED home lighting is not just as a trend but it has legitimate reasons.
When we try to see the advantages of using LED home lighting we will find that this LED lighting is more economic. If we compare the cost to incandescent or fluorescent bulbs the initial cost of this LED lighting is higher. But LED lighting has average long life time. It was reported that LED bulbs has rated average life time between 25,000 and 50,000 hours with up to 100,000 hours in the lab. It means a LED bulb will stay alive to bright for 12 hours per day for between 5.7 years and 22.8 of burning brightly. These advantages could be a big investment for reducing your bill just for buying new bulbs. LED bulbs are not same as other easily broken lighting since they do not have hair-thin filaments to break. The bulbs also do not produce heat to light so that they keep cool.
