PennWell Acquires LED Show – It is reported that the an anual lighting industry known as LED Show in Tulsa, Okla has been acquired by a popular publisher of Oil & Gas Journal and LEDs magazine, PenWell Corp. This lighting event will be attended by the the senior VP- group publisher of PennWell’s LEDs & Lighting Media Group, Christine Shaw and James Highgate, a man known as the show’s founder. But the financial terms of the deal were not mentioned. Christine would like to supervise that show while James will attend as a consultant.
This company mentioned that it will use the web-based maping platform for its MAPsearch business for the eMarket’s technology. Perhaps it is related to the news that mentioned the PennWell has acquired an eMarket Software which propose mapping product for energy industry in the previous month. ( PennWell Acquires LED Show)
